Prof See received the B.Eng degree (1st Class Hons) from the National University of Singapore and the PhD degree from Imperial College London, UK, in 1986 and 1997, respectively. Between 1986 and 1991, he was with Singapore Technologies Electronics as a Senior Engineer. From 1991 to 1994, he held the position of Lead Design Engineer in ASTEC Custom Power, Singapore. He joined Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 1997, as a faculty member in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, NTU.  

Prof See held the appointment as Director of SMRT-NTU Smart Urban Rail Corporate Laboratory from 2016 to 2022. Currently, he holds the appointment as Director of Electromagnetic Effects Research Laboratory (EMERL) and. His research interests are power and signal integrity, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and real-time condition monitoring of electrical infrastructure.   For his contribution in Singapore, he was conferred the National Day Award – Public Administration Medal (Bronze) from the Prime Minister Office of Singapore in 2021. 

Dr. Fan recerive his B.Eng. degree from Tianjin University, China, in 2014, followed by his MSc and Ph.D. degrees from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2015 and 2020, respectively. He possesses advanced multidisciplinary engineering expertise in fields such as Advanced Power Electronics, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Internet of Things (IoT), Electric Machines and Drives, Digital Signal Processing, Condition Monitoring, and Data Analytics. 

With over 10 years of hands-on experience in power electronics systems, Dr. Fan has worked extensively on AC/DC, DC/AC, and DC/DC converters (GaN, SiC MOSFETs, and IGBTs), PWM control algorithms, and EMC design (conducted and radiated emissions and susceptibilities). His technical expertise extends to microprocessor programming, including platforms such as TI C2000 DSP, Raspberry Pi/Pico MCU, Arduino, BeagleBone, Red Pitaya FPGA, and STM32, as well as Solar PV systems and Battery Management Systems Design. 

Dr. Fan has authored over 40 research publications and holds two patents. His research contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, including:

• Best Paper Award at the 2023 International Conference on Sensing, Measurement, Communication, and Internet of Things Technologies.
• Best Paper Award at the 2022 Asia-Pacific International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility.
• Best Paper Award at the 2018 Progress In Electromagnetics Research Symposium.
• Best Paper Award at the 2017 Asia-Pacific International EMC Symposium.

Dr. Yang Zhen-Ning received the B.Eng. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2014 and the MSc and PhD degree from Nanyang Technological University, in 2018 and 2023, respectively. With over 10 years of industry experience, he has collaborated with companies and organizations such as ,TP-Link  and SMRT Corporation. Dr. Yang has extensive expertise in electromagnetics, radio frequency circuit, antennas, and machine learning algorithms, authoring more than 10 research publications.
